Call for Expression of Interest (EOI): Baseline Survey for SAFER HEELs Project
The Six Agencies for Equity and Resilience in Health, Education, Economic, and Livelihoods (SAFER HEELs) Project is a collaborative initiative led by six grassroots and community-based organizations committed to promoting gender equity, social justice, and community resilience in Uganda. Implemented across Adjumani, Terego/Madi-Okollo, Kamwenge, Gulu, and Yumbe districts, the project targets marginalized women, girls, refugees, and other vulnerable populations. It adopts a comprehensive and community-tailored approach to improve outcomes in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), mental health, gender-based violence (GBV), diversity and inclusion, education, economic empowerment, and climate resilience. We are seeking a competent and qualified consulting firm or individual to conduct a baseline survey and validation to inform project implementation and establish guiding indicators for future evaluation.

Call for Expression of Interest (EOI): Capacity Assessment of SAFER HEELs Consortium Members
Title: To conduct Capacity assessment for the SAFER HEELs consortium members to identify areas of capacity strengthening and improvement for enhanced service delivery and accountability to ensure quality implementation and impact harvesting. The assessment will also include a SWOT analysis, evaluating each member organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in context to their implementation of the SAFER HEELs project.
