We are delighted to share with you, The “Let the Pussy Talk” Manual—a bold feminist organizing and advocacy resource developed to strengthen grassroots resistance against abortion stigma, criminalization, and violence affecting women and female sex workers in Uganda. This manual is designed to support grassroots women-led sex worker and LBQ organizations in reclaiming conversations about their bodies, sexuality, reproductive health, pleasure, and choice, creating space for women at the margins to speak openly and confidently without fear or shame. We believe this resource will be a powerful tool for challenging the harmful social and cultural narratives that have long silenced marginalized women and normalized what our movement identifies as structural vaginal violence, including moral policing, discrimination within healthcare systems, and the denial of bodily autonomy. Through collective learning, advocacy, and community organizing, we hope the manual will amplify the voices, experiences, and leadership of women who continue to face exclusion and injustice while advancing dignity, rights, and bodily autonomy for all.
